The Opportunity:     
As part of the Corporate Sales team, the Corporate Account Executive will be the primary representative of Veson to prospective clients across the Middle East region, with a focus on the small to mid-sized market segments. You will identify new logo opportunities, build meaningful business relationships, and consistently deliver against sales targets. The Corporate Account Executive will own the full sales cycle - from prospecting to deal closure - while collaborating closely with internal teams to position Veson’s solutions effectively and drive sustainable revenue growth. You will also inherit a small portfolio of existing regional accounts with significant untapped potential - a built-in opportunity to accelerate early revenue while you establish your territory.     

Responsibilities:  

Drive New Business Growth 
  • Manage the sales process for new logo acquisition from prospecting through close, including lead generation, discovery, qualification, client meetings, proposal creation, and contract negotiations
  • Focus on small to mid-sized accounts with potential for significant expansion
  • Deliver and exceed annual sales targets for new business acquisition
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Lead Generation, and others
 
Build & Manage Your Pipeline 
  • Independently source, build, and manage new business pipeline with 3–5x coverage to achieve goals
  • Keep detailed and accurate records in Salesforce of all interactions, prospects, and opportunities
  • Maintain appropriate pipeline hygiene and coverage, focusing on pipeline value, sales cycle, and conversion rates against benchmarks
  • Proactively identify and pursue corporate opportunities through market research, networking, and targeted outreach campaigns
  • Identify critical decision makers and develop relationships
 
Sales Execution 
  • Run focused discovery sessions and deliver compelling product demonstrations that connect Veson's solutions directly to each client's business challenges
  • Craft tailored value propositions and compelling proposals that differentiate Veson's offerings
  • Lead negotiations with confidence, addressing concerns and handling objections skillfully
  • Manage multiple deals simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and follow-through
  • Maintain a deep and current understanding of Veson’s product suite, roadmap, and competitive positioning, as well as the market dynamics, industry trends, and commercial pressures shaping your target clients’ businesses
 
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven focus on new business development
  • Proven experience selling within the Middle East region, with knowledge of local market dynamics, business culture, and key sectors
  • Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales quota in competitive environments
  • Demonstrated ability to self-source pipeline independently, with a high-activity, creative approach to lead generation
  • Demonstrated success managing the full sales cycle for B2B SaaS or enterprise technology products
  • Strong negotiation and closing ability; confident handling objections and driving deals to conclusion
  • Genuine curiosity about product and market; able to stay current on Veson’s solutions and the commercial trends shaping clients’ businesses
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable operating with autonomy in a developing territory
  • Knowledge of maritime, shipping, commodity trading, or related industries is a plus
  • Occasional travel to assigned territory may be required
